韩秋婵，女，汉族，江苏沛县人，校聘副教授，硕士生导师。2024年博士毕业于中国矿业大学，主要从事煤地质学及煤矿安全相关领域的教学与科研工作。
研究方向：煤系关键金属矿产的安全高效开发与利用、煤中有害元素的识别与防控技术，探究煤中有害元素的地球化学行为及其对矿井环境与职业健康的影响机制，为煤矿绿色开采与灾害防控提供理论基础与技术支撑。
